This site has been running continuously since the the run-up to the 2000 elections. We are currently undergoing a restructuring because (a) the format hasn't changed in nine years and (b) the move from MS FrontPage to MS Expressions Web to create the site.
So although you will see a cosmetic change it isn't only for that reason. The change in authoring tools allows us to upgrade to easier CSS creation, faster page loading and ease of content updating. It also gives us easier access to .aspNet functions and other tools that we hope will enhance your visit.
